Terms of Use for my Photography using my Services for Portrait, Wedding and Event Photography
Images purchased using my Photography Services-Studio, Event, Commercial and Wedding Photography may be used for facebook, websites, blogs, photo galleries, emails. The only restrictions for these photographs is that clients may not sell these images or use these images to generate any type of income.
Commercial Terms of Use for Stock Photography Purchased from this Site
Photograph Purchased today: This commercial use license only covers the image you have purchased today and you are required to save the sales receipt for the image as well as the Commercial use license as proof of purchase for that image. If you can not provide the receipt for the image and the license receipt then the license becomes null and void. Please contact Sandra Adamson with any concerns or questions at photography@sandraadamson.com.
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSEE") AND SANDRA ADAMSON PHOTOGRAPHY AND DESIGN IMAGES ("LICENSOR").
THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO IMAGES DOWNLOADED FROM THE SANDRAADAMSON.COM IMAGE WEBSITE AND AFFILIATED WEB SITES
AS WELL AS IMAGES RECEIVED FROM SANDRAADAMSON IMAGES FOR WHICH A LICENSE HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED.
This Agreement governs commercial use of any images purchased from
sandraadamson.com. Currently, only royalty-free licensing is available;
however the usage of images is described as either Commercial or Editorial. This license allows usage of images on commercial or editorial basis for multiple projects across a broad range of media over an unlimited period of time. Below are examples of commercial image uses allowed under the terms of this license:
—Calendars, books, guides, greeting cards and posters, postcards
—Website, online and multimedia designs
—Advertising and promotional campaigns, presentations and brochures
—Book jackets and interior pages
—Packaging for software, music albums, CDs, cassettes and videotapes
—Products for resale in any quantity
—Trade show displays, billboards and exhibits

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to your employer as well as to you as a representative of your employer.
Restrictions:
1. No High-Resolution Images may be sublicensed, resold or otherwise made available for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or web page.
2. Licensee has the right to have the Image reproduced by subcontractors of Licensee, provided that these subcontractors agree to the restrictions of this License.
3. Licensee may alter, crop, manipulate and create derivative works of the Image.
4. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to Licensee within this
license.
5. Image may not be used in any defamatory, libelous or unlawful manner, whether directly or in context or with specific subject matter.
6. Licensee may not sublicense or, sell any of its rights under this Agreement but Licensee may sell or license derivative works incorporating the Image in accordance with the permitted uses. Licensee may not sell, license or distribute its work in such a way that Licensee's customer can extract or access the Image as a stand-alone
file.
7. Licensee may not post the Image online in a downloadable format.
Warranty:
Licensor(s) or website make no warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The licensor shall not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of this license or otherwise.
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor and website harmless against all claims arising out of any breach of this Agreement.
